Thank you for your purchase. Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. However, if you find any malfunction or faults with your purchased product, you may return it to us for a warranty claim. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Delivery & Pre Orders Overview

Door Delivery

The delivery company or our delivery partners will call you in the morning hours on the day of delivery to get your verbal confirmation. if you answer the call, the delivery will be done. If you don’t answer the call, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next day and the delivery company will call you the next morning to get your confirmation again. If you’re unable to accept the delivery, please either inform the delivery company or inform us.

For Pre-Orders

Delivery will take 2 to 4 weeks for all pre-orders. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability with the retailer or any delay with international shipping, delivery could take up to 2 additional weeks. our team will communicate with you in case of such delays.

Exchange or Return of Goods

A product can be exchanged or returned as long as it's in the brand new state with its original box in which you received it. If the seal is broken, the box is missing, box is damaged, the product is missing any element or if the product is damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged. In case of a return, the delivery charge will not be refunded. 3% handling fee will not be refunded for payments made by card. You will receive the refund to your bank account only after we receive the product at our office and verify its condition. The delivery charge is non-refundable.

In case of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will have to be paid by the customer. Exchange and Return period is 7 days from the date of invoice.

Warranty: (Applicable only to products that contain warranty)

Warranty can only be claimed for manufacturing defects of the product. In cases where the product is tampered with, contains physical damages, or has been misused, a warranty will not be applicable. Warranty is not applicable for liquid damages, high voltage power damages, violation of manufacturer terms & use for uncommon activities. Warranty for Power Banks is applicable only for the Battery. Warranty for Power Banks not applicable for damages caused due to overcharging or charging with power adapters and cables that don't provide the optimal power input for the Power Bank.

We require 2-7 business days to check the product and provide a replacement. The process may take longer for power banks.
